Purpose:

The projects aim is to address a significant market failure in the Australian protected cropping industry by developing a comprehensive training program for delivery to all growers. Even though we operate in a global economy and therefore compete against imported horticultural produce, we do not enjoy equal access to training opportunities that has the capacity to significantly lift our productivity and quality. 'Pathways to Production' has been developed to meet the commercial growers need to up-skill and improve their farms viability.
